We are so excited to announce that we're a winner of The Escape 100: an annual list of the top purpose-led organisations to work at in 2023, by Escape the City and we're thrilled to have made it into the top 50 this year, ranking at #43! We're proud to have now been recognised by Escape The City for a second year.

This year had over 13,000 other company nominations (😱), and we're grateful to be recognised in this way - ranking alongside social enterprise giants like Too Good To Go, Origin Coffee, Rude Health, Here We Flo and Finisterre.

The #Escape100 campaign was started by Escape the City, and to make the top 100 we were marked against a rigorous scoring system of 6 criteria (Impact, People, Mission, Planet, Innovation and B-Corp) including anonymous reviews from the team, then ranked against the many (many!) other applicants.
