Gita is an experienced leader in innovation, futures & foresight, fundraising and marketing with over 17 years of cross-sector experience spanning Asia, Africa and Europe. Her work bridges the commercial and impact worlds, helping organisations scale meaningful change through the power of technology. She does this through imagining bold futures and bringing it to life with quick experimentation in order to fail fast and make evidence-based AND intuition-influenced decisions (she trusts the numbers and her gut, especially when she is working on something that’s never been done before).

At Brink, she is an Innovation Lead with expertise in Venturing, Programme Leadership and Strategic Foresight. She designs and delivers innovation programmes in Education, Health and Climate with bold founders and changemakers who are ready to move fast, test ideas, and build something the world hasn’t seen before. Her approach is grounded in behavioural science: understanding human systems is always the unlock, not the technology itself. She loves developing new ways to get people to think differently, like the Fieldtrip to the Future.
