Clare is Brink’s People Manager, which means she covers anything and everything on how we look after our Brinksters. This includes our full colleague lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding, to how our people develop at Brink. She works closely with our ops team, founder and growth managers.
Clare has 15 years of experience working across operations and people, in a variety of large and SME businesses. It is through this varied experience that Clare has developed her passion for creating a safe and inclusive space for others, to thrive and develop and become the best version of themself. She loves working with individuals and teams, to increase self-awareness and to create authentic team cultures with transparent and honest communication. She is particularly interested in the mental health and wellbeing space and is studying counselling skills at college too.
