Johannes leads Brink’s Learning practice, combining innovation coaching, capability building and culture change to support technology integration initiatives across Brink’s programmes.
Johannes’ experience at Brink covers programme design for the Frontier Tech Hub and the EdTech Hub AI Observatory, creating discrete training and learning experiences for founders and funders across SRH, civil service, information integrity and education; as well as BrinkU, our own external-facing leadership learning offer.
Johannes brings 15+ years’ experience at the intersection of human-centered design, systems thinking and applied behavioural science. Prior to Brink, he led sustainability transformation programmes for global corporate clients in the product innovation sector.
