Grace Owiti

COLLECTIVES EXECUTIVE

Nairobi, Kenya

Grace Owiti is a Collectives Executive at Brink, working at the intersection of community building, knowledge design, and strategic communications. Her work is rooted in a simple belief: when people feel genuinely heard, the conditions for meaningful change begin to emerge.

She currently works across two programmes. As Learning Network Lead for uBoraBora an initiative advancing foundational literacy and numeracy across Sub-Saharan Africa Grace designs and facilitates learning experiences that help grantees connect, reflect on implementation, and act on evidence. Her work includes convening peer learning sessions, shaping cross-sector gatherings, and developing communications approaches that make complex implementation work accessible and human.

Grace also contributes to the EdTech Hub AI Observatory, where she leads teacher engagement and horizon-scanning efforts. Her focus is creating spaces where teachers’ experiences and questions actively inform how AI in education is understood, funded, and built.

Across her work, Grace focuses on building the conditions for collective learning and helping communities surface and share the stories emerging from their work.

Grace brings nine years of experience across community building, edtech, social innovation, and strategic operations. Before joining Brink, she led people experience and data analytics work at the African Leadership University in Kigali. She holds certifications in business intelligence, data analytics, and customer engagement, and is based in Nairobi where she mentors young women in tech and supports health outreach initiatives for children with disabilities.
